Slice of San Diego ("we," "us," or "our") is the personal real estate brand of Nick Rotsart, a real estate agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty (DRE 01724681). This policy explains what information we collect through sliceofsd.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, selling or buying timeline, and any message you include.

Third-party tools on the Site. Some features, including home search and home value tools, are provided by RealScout. When you use those tools, you may create a RealScout account, and your information is handled under RealScout's own terms and privacy policy.

  • Provide real estate services, including home valuations, property searches, and consultations

  • Send you information you've asked for, such as market updates or property alerts

  • Contact you by phone, email, or text about your real estate needs, with your consent

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

  • Coldwell Banker Realty, the brokerage Nick is affiliated with, as required for real estate services and compliance The sharing described above does not apply to mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent, which are handled as described under "Text messaging privacy" below.

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and manage communications, such as our website host, CRM, email, and automation tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Other parties in a transaction, such as lenders, escrow, or title companies, only when you're working with us on a purchase or sale and it's needed to move it forward

  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others

Calls, Texts, and Emails

If you give us your phone number and consent, we may call or text you about real estate services, which may include automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing won't affect messages about an active transaction. Text messaging privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages and support our services, such as our CRM and messaging platform, solely to provide those services.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you're a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we've collected about you and how it's used

  • Request that we delete your personal information, with some legal exceptions

  • Request that we correct inaccurate information

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As stated above, we don't sell it.

  • Not be treated differently for exercising these rights

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
